To start service, just call our office or fill out the short “SIGN UP NOW” form above and a representative will be happy to set you up.
The routes run from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm each day. We strongly recommend you leave your garbage out for collection the night before your scheduled collection day to avoid missing an early pickup time. .
Our garbage tote is 96 gallons and our recycle totes are 64 gallon.

Electronic equipment cannot be disposed of with regular curbside trash collection. By law, it must be recycled properly. For current information on how to recycle electronic equipment, visit the Monroe County ecopark website.

No more than three standard size garbage bags, in addition to your garbage tote, will be allowed for weekly pickup. For collection of any more than this, or for other large item pickup please contact our office ahead of your scheduled pickup day and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.
Yes, simply contact our office and we can suspend your service for the time you are away.
If you stay in our coverage area, we’ll set up your next service address and continue your service. Give us a call and we can tell you if we provide service at your new residence.
